Official Responsible Gambling & Player Protection Tools

At Holyluck, we are committed to ensuring that gaming remains a safe and enjoyable form of entertainment. We recognise that while most players gamble responsibly, some individuals may experience difficulties. Our responsible gambling policy is designed to protect players, provide tools for self-control, and offer support to those who may need it.

Gambling problem self-assessment

If you are concerned about your gambling habits, consider the following questions honestly. If you answer "yes" to several of these, it may be time to seek help:

  • Do you spend more money on gambling than you can afford to lose?
  • Have you tried to cut down on gambling but found it difficult?
  • Do you gamble to escape problems or relieve feelings of anxiety or depression?
  • Have you borrowed money or sold possessions to fund your gambling?
  • Has gambling caused problems in your relationships with family or friends?
  • Do you feel the need to gamble with increasing amounts of money to achieve the same level of excitement?
  • Have you lied to others about the extent of your gambling?

Self-exclusion procedure

Self-exclusion is a voluntary measure that allows you to take a break from gambling for a specified period. During this time, you will not be able to access your account or place any bets on the platform.

To initiate self-exclusion, send an email to [email protected] stating your request and the desired exclusion period (ranging from 1 day to 5 years). Our support team will guide you through the process and confirm the activation of your self-exclusion.

Please note that self-exclusion is permanent for the selected duration and cannot be reversed. During the exclusion period, you are not permitted to create a new account, and any attempt to do so may result in the permanent closure of your original account.

Safe gambling tips

To ensure that gambling remains a fun and safe activity, follow these practical guidelines:

  • Only gamble with money you can afford to lose - never use funds intended for essential expenses.
  • Set deposit and time limits before you start playing and stick to them.
  • Take regular breaks to avoid fatigue and maintain clear judgement.
  • Never chase losses - accept that losing is part of the game and walk away when you reach your limit.
  • Avoid gambling when you are stressed, upset, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Keep gambling in balance with other hobbies and activities - it should not be your only source of entertainment.
  • Seek help early if you feel that gambling is becoming a problem.
