This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the Holyluck platform. By accessing or using the services provided on this website, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety.

Registration and account management

To register an account, you must provide complete and accurate information including your legal name, email address, mobile number, and other mandatory details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share them with any third party.

Identity verification procedures are mandatory before your first withdrawal. You must submit valid identification documents such as a passport or national ID card, proof of address, and copies of payment cards used for deposits. The platform reserves the right to request additional verification at any stage.

Only one account is permitted per household, IP address, and device. If multiple users share the same household or device, you must inform customer support in advance. Creating multiple accounts will result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.

Financial operations: deposits and withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is €20. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers, mobile payments, and cryptocurrency. Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation, though additional verification may be required in certain cases.

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If detected, all winnings will be forfeited and returned to the rightful owner of the payment method.

The minimum withdrawal amount is €40. Maximum daily withdrawal is €10,000, with weekly and monthly limits set at €20,000 and €50,000 respectively. Withdrawal requests are processed within two banking days, subject to successful identity verification.

All deposits must be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal can be requested. This requirement applies to prevent money laundering and ensure compliance with anti-fraud regulations.

Bonus usage rules

Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions. Only one bonus per person, household, and IP address is permitted. Each bonus carries wagering requirements that must be completed before funds become eligible for withdrawal.

The platform reserves the right to cancel any bonus if terms are violated or if bonus abuse is detected. Examples of abuse include betting on both red and black in roulette, irregular betting patterns, or exploiting game features to accumulate benefits without genuine gameplay.

Bonus funds expire 30 days after being credited unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type but typically require the bonus amount to be wagered 30 to 40 times.

Limitation of liability

The platform is not liable for technical failures caused by your internet connection, hardware, or third-party service providers. All gameplay is consumed instantly, and refunds cannot be issued once a game has commenced.

In the event of system malfunctions or errors, all affected wagers may be voided. If funds are mistakenly credited to your account due to technical or human error, the platform reserves the right to recover these amounts and void any related winnings.

You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction. The platform does not provide tax advice or file tax reports on your behalf.

Account closure and suspension

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees, provided all wagering requirements have been met.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of terms is detected. In such cases, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

If you wish to self-exclude due to gambling concerns, you must specify the exclusion period, which can range from one day to five years. During this time, you will not be permitted to open a new account or access gaming services.

Dispute resolution and contact

If you have a complaint or dispute, you must contact customer support at [email protected] with full details. The platform will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. All decisions made by the platform regarding disputes are final.

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in accordance with the jurisdiction specified in the licence agreement.
